*Job Description*
· Overview: Looking for a contract for a mid to senior level MDM
Analyst. Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of working experience
with Siebel UCM application.
· This individual will be responsible for understanding the end to
end MDM data architecture, how the data flows and is leveraged within our
business processes.
· The individual should be experienced in working with Siebel UCM
application.
· They will provide the daily support of Oracle UCM MDM solution
and help us refine and enhance it.
· They will manage and design to customize the out of the box merge
and un-merge process in UCM to meet business needs.
· They will manage the upcoming Open UI upgrade project from
current version of Siebel UCM. They will use Siebel Tools to further
configure business components, applets, views and screens to meet our
business data steward needs.
· This person will need to understand the business data related to
our Oracle Universal Customer Hub/MDM. At a high level, they will need to
understand the related business processes that use this data.
· They will be required to capture business requirements, provide
recommended solutions, plus design and implement selected solutions.
· Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
with multiple deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
· Support Universal Customer Master (UCM)
· Customize out of the box Merge/Un-Merge processes in UCM to meet
business needs.
· Work with the business (data stewards) on problematic data and
conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct.
· Provide technical expertise for the Oracle Siebel UCM environment
· Manage design and implementation of web services to share data
with external applications
· Using Siebel Tools to configure and refine the UCM environment.
· Support the business with customer master data clean-up
activities.
· Provide support for the Open UI Upgrade project.
· Assist with metrics and reports (ad-hoc) as needed to support the
business
Job Requirement
· Expert with Siebel Universal Customer Master (UCM) v8.x.x
including extensive experience with setting up and configuring Survivorship
rules and Source confidence.
· Strong skills working with Siebel Tools, including extensive
experience with Siebel EAI, Siebel EAI Adapter, Integration Objects,
Virtual and External Business Components, Workflow Processes, and Scripting
using eScript.
· Experience integrating MDM with external applications using
Siebel Web Services,
Siebel "UCM Publish & Subscribe", or related SOA technologies
· Solid knowledge of databases (such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
and relational database concepts and design, as well as extensive
experience with Data Import/Export/Delete using Enterprise Integration
Manager (EIM).
· Knowledge of UCM survivorship, best version records, source
confidence, & Siebel connector, Data Cleansing and Matching.
· Strong knowledge of working with the Siebel Universal Connector,
and integrating with Third Party Data Quality Tools for Data Cleansing and
Matching.
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills, interpersonal
skills and the ability to interface effectively with Business Users, other
IT groups and team members is required
Plus Skills
· Experience with Open UI
· Experience with data profiling tools such as SAP Information
Steward or similar
