*Sr Salesforce Technical Lead* *Location: Hagerstown, MD* *Length: 12 months* *Interview: phone* *US CITIZEN OR GREENCARD ; EAD ONLY* This role is for a Salesforce technical manager who will lead a team of onshore and offshore developers. This person must be proficient in all technical aspects of Salesforce.com with a concentration of Service Cloud, Contact Center technology, and integration with related systems. Preferably this person has prior experience as a Salesforce architect and has experience managed large distributed teams of Salesforce developers. Job Description Leads all technical aspects involved in delivering Salesforce projects on Service Cloud– primarily custom code development (Visualforce and Apex) but also any other related technical items (such as data and external application integration). The Technical Lead is expected to have extensive experience in software development, including, but not limited to, Salesforce technologies such as Visualforce and Apex. The Technical Lead will be responsible for the detailed design of technical solutions, and will document the technical design and manage developers throughout the development, testing and support phases.
