*Location: Boston, MA* *IT Web Technical Support Specialist *will play an important role in supporting and maintaining our collection of websites. This position will work with members of the client community to host their websites. This positions responsibilities will include hosting websites, scanning websites for vulnerabilities, maintaining backups of websites and their databases, troubleshooting issues, investigating logs, monitoring the hosting environment. This position will work directly with faculty, staff, students, and outside web developers; dealing directly with users possessing web development capabilities of all levels.
