*Duration 6+ Months(Possible Extension)* *(Only Locals Needed Onsite interview must*) Notes from Call: • PREFERABLY - Certified TIBCO Developer or Business Works certified • MUST - Really strong in Business Works • MUST - They will be focused on Business Works 100% of the time so they must be really strong in this and able to hit the ground running • MUST - Doing a lot of ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) work. Not so much at the application layer but everything will be ESB related • MUST - Needs to have extensive experience working with JIA-Joint Interface Agreement • Mapping between Portal and Service Bus • Will be looking at all requirements • Prefer some exposure with Agile exposure • Needs to have very good Communication skills JOB DESCRIPTION: The Senior Tibco Developer is responsible for developing Integration solutions on the Tibco platform within the Integrated Business Solutions team. The Senior Tibco Developer will work both as an individual contributor and as a part of a development team. He/she is responsible for creating clear and maintainable designs and code. He/she will also be expected to participate in all scum ceremonies and to actively participate in estimation, task definition and implementation efforts.
