*We are going to fill 2 positions 1 Bench Sales Executive & 1 Bench 
Recruiter/Training Sales Recruiter*

 

*Bench Recruiter/IT Recruiter*

·         0 - 1+ year (or freshers) of hands on experience in end to end 
technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies.

·         Strong Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, 
H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)

·         Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate. 
Proficient on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.

·         Strong experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, 
Career builder, Tech fetch and LinkedIn.

·         Experience with recruiting bench candidates to join our bench for 
marketing and placement

·         Experience in selling and upselling various training options to 
candidates.

·         Understanding of the latest and hot technologies.

·         Answering candidate calls

·         Making cold calls

·         Sending emails to prospective candidates and replying to emails

·         Experience working on recruiting for requirements.

·         Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of 
Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, 
networking, etc.

·         Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective 
sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.

·         Locating and identifying potential candidates for job 
requirements from VMS or from vendor contacts.

*Bench Sales Executive:*

·         0 - 1+ year of successful experience in US Bench Sales

·         Should have a deep understanding of the US Staffing business 
processes.

·         Should work on exclusively getting Contract Staffing requirements 
from Direct clients/Tier 1 Vendors and closing the positions.

·         Developing new corporate alliances and maintaining services to 
the existing clients for long term relationships.

·         New client acquisition/Revenue Generation through placements.

·         Clear understanding of Visas and tax terms like W-2/1099, 
Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions etc

·         Expertise in recruiting and placing Citizens, EADs, Green Card 
Holders and H1B consultants.

·         Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills

·         Should be well versed with complete life cycle of recruitment

·         Cold calling and Market research to locate potential clients.

*Desired Profiles:*

·         1+ years of experience in US IT Recruitments.

·         *Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.*

·         Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the 
talent for complex Technical requirements.

·         *Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing 
environment.*

·         *Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.*

·         Willing to work as per US central timings/Night Shift.
