*Job Title: PeopleSoft HR Business Analyst*

- Assess, identification of system requirements, and functional
definition of planned system changes within the PeopleSoft HCM system.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with Human Resources,
Benefits and Payroll groups to identify: current business processes,
current issues relating to business processes, business objectives, process
improvement opportunities, alternative solutions incorporating PeopleSoft
capabilities to replace manual processes.
- Identify and implement solutions that support more efficient processes
within the PeopleSoft system as well as any areas that may impact the
system performance.
- Demonstrate business leadership and expertise by developing system
designs, functional specifications, implementation strategies and
operational procedures based on the analysis and organizational needs.
- Assist with identification, reporting, analysis and resolution of
issues with the PeopleSoft system, benefits and payroll interfaces,
reporting and security problems.
- Manage and coordinate small projects for the PeopleSoft HCM system.
- Manage PeopleSoft Security issues/assignments including Meta, and
working with Infrastructure groups with issues with Auth/iChain.
- Develop queries for user groups and mentor HR, Benefits and Payroll
team members on creating new queries.
- Build effective relationships, consult and collaborate with
stakeholders and software vendor to clearly define requirements, set proper
expectations and deliver expected results for this initiative.
*Required Skills: *
- *3 to 5 years plus experience as a PeopleSoft functional business
analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft HCM / HRMS (Human Resources, Benefits
and Payroll). *
- Experience planning, implementing and evaluating information system
support needs for Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll business
operational areas.
- *Expertise in assessing, identifying and gathering system
requirements; and functional definition of planned system changes within
the PeopleSoft HCM systems. Ability to translate business needs into system
specifications*
- *PeopleSoft functional HCM, Versions 9.0+ and/or PeopleTools 8.5x
experience preferred. **Must have a strong executive presence, and must
be comfortable and confident in engaging with business stakeholders at a
high level. *
- *Experience leading small projects from initiation through completion.*
- *Experience in interface design and strong PeopleSoft query skills.*
- *Excellent process analysis and mapping skills (Visio).*
- Strong executive presence and relationship building skills; able to
interact with all levels of personnel from technical to high level
executive management, and influence key stakeholders.
- Must be customer focused; meaning must be able to understand the
importance of stakeholders’ business objectives and drive the process
towards achieving those objectives.
- Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills; in
addition to excellent client interfacing and presentation skills.
- Very strong leadership, organizational, task management and
prioritization skills.
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
