*Sr Salesforce Business Analyst* *Location: Hagerstown, MD* *Length: 7 months* *Start: ASAP* *Interview: phone* *USC CITIZEN ; GREENCARD; EAD ONLY* The ideal candidate will have strong working ability to think outside of the box while enjoying tackling different types of problems/projects and with a thirst for learning new business skills. The business analyst will also serve remote staff from an onsite location. Ideally, the candidate also understands Salesforce and how to integrate external systems with it, and can also evaluate and document current processes and technology and help to drive process improvements via applied technology. Job Specific Responsibilities • Responsible for defining business and functional requirements for the use of CRM by the client acquiring merchant contact center business. • Supports the definition, planning, and transformation of business processes and makes recommendations and changes in order to improve the overall user experience. • Perform Project Planning • Perform Business Analysis • Prepare Project Plannning and Scope • Prepare Business Requirements documentation • Prepare Process maps • Prepare Functional requirements and design documents • Assists and guides the business in finding the right solution and approach to meet business requirements. • Works with the development team to clearly articulate business and functional requirements. • Work with business stakeholders to insure business requirements are understood and met for each project. • Works closely with onsite and offshore resources and provides technical guidance.
