Qualifications: • Have at least 3 years of UI/UX design experience. • Must have solid production skills with Adobe Creative Suite and like products to provide clean, organized diagrams and illustrations to help communicate ideas clearly. • Have solid time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly and flexibly. • Have an interactive/UX-focused portfolio. • Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of web technologies. Nice to Haves: • Understanding or training in the methodologies of Human or User Centered Design thinking. • Ability to be on-site as needed for brainstorming and creative strategy meetings. • Strong visual design skills to supplement the user experience mindset.
