Position Summary

As a member of the Quality Assurance and Production Support Services team,
the Senior Change Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining a
structured change and configuration methodology for client Information
Technology Services Infrastructure, Application, and Data Services, Release
Management, Quality Assurance and Client Services groups. This role is
responsible for administering the change management process for all changes
in the Information Technology Services and Cloud Hosted environments (i.e.,
client- Oracle Managed Cloud Services, etc.).



Responsibilities

•             Assess and analyze detailed information provided in a Request
For Change (RFC)

•             Evaluate the impact and risk to the client's infrastructure.
Customer support to resolve customer Change Management issues

•             Coordination in conjunction with Release management of
roll-outs, approvals, task assignments, and communication

•             Coordination in conjunction with Project Management Office
for communications regarding major project implementations.

•             Maintenance of the Change Schedule including analysis to
insure there are no conflicts with other changes in the IT environment.

•             Education and clarification for process customers regarding
policy, process and procedures

•             Undertake and assist with training of users of Change and
Release Management processes and other communications in order to ensure
that all stake holders have a clear understanding of the processes and how
these relate to their roles.

•             Responsible for quality control per change policies and
procedures to meet documented Change Management control requirements

•             Retrieval and generation of metrics for both management and
audit response.



Required Qualifications

•             College diploma or university degree in the field of computer
science, information systems and/or equivalent combination of work and
experience

•             5 years of experience working in a Change Analyst or Manager
capacity.

•             Prior QA and Release Management experience a plus.

•             A broad degree of knowledge in basic IT application and
infrastructure architecture.

•             Thorough knowledge of ITIL Change Management concepts.

•             Ability to take detailed notes as well as disseminate them in
a clear and concise manner to all participants that need to be kept
informed.

•             Must be able to communicate effectively across the
organization at multiple levels both verbally and written.

•             Application of advanced continuous process improvement
concepts.

•             Advanced understanding of customer service concepts that do
not compromise the core Change Management service deliverable objectives.

•             Demonstrated experience with change and release automation
tools for both mainframe and distributive environments.

•             Interpersonal skills and initiative demonstrated by ability
to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships
with clients and ITS teams, responding positively and proactively as
required.

•             Demonstrated ability to analyze a problem, develop an action
plan and secure a resolution.

•             Excellent communications skills; both written and verbal as
demonstrated by the ability to communicate clearly and logically using
appropriate grammar and vocabulary.

•             Ability to balance conflicting needs among various
cross-functional teams.

•             Advanced functionality with the Microsoft Office Suite.

•             The ability to establish effective working relationships; to
build collaborative partnerships with customers and cross-functional
business partners

•             Time management and multi-tasking skills to manage complex
relationships between in motion change activities.



Preferred Qualifications

•             Previous experience with the Oracle Cloud Managed Services
preferred.

•             Previous experience with Service Now's Change and
Configuration Management application preferred.

•             Project Management skills will be helpful to successfully
handle quickly changing priorities
