*Job Description*

•                    We are seeking an Oracle Database Administrator to
join our team. Please speak to the relevancy of your work experience in
your cover letter.



*Job Responsibilities*

•                    Create and maintain Oracle databases on database
servers including the following tasks:

•                    Implementation/Development

•                    Configuration/Optimization

•                    Unit Testing

•                    Integration

•                    Apply Oracle Critical Patches Updates (CPUs)

•                    Maintain Physical and Logical Standby/Dataguard
database environments

•                    Monitor and track disk space usage and growth

•                    Perform Backups and Recoveries of database objects
(Tables, tablespaces, instances etc.)

•                    Perform Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) activities

•                    Create and maintain an Oracle Grid Control environment

•                    Create and maintain Recovery Manager (RMAN)
environments using RMAN catalogs

•                    Implement Database Performance and Tuning

•                    Perform database capacity planning and growth
projections

•                    Perform database security audit and maintenance

•                    Create, update and maintain Oracle objects (Packages,
procedures, functions, triggers etc.)

•                    Design, create and maintain Oracle jobs

•                    Design, create, and maintain materialize views

•                    Design, create and maintain partition tables and
indexes

•                    Perform database upgraded, updates and changes as
needed

•                    Other database related duties as assigned (LogMiner,
Fine Grain Access/Auditing etc.)

•                    Migrate existing Oracle databases to Oracle 12c

•                    Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
(5+ years)


*Job Requirement*

•                    Oracle ranging from Oracle 10g to 12c, and future
releases of Oracle database software

•                    Oracle DataGuard

•                    Must have installed and configured Oracle 12c database

•                    Exceptional database architecture and administration
skills

•                    Experience with MS SQL Server and MySQL databases.

•                    Recommend changes for improvements in database
configuration

•                    Must have deployed Oracle databases on Windows, UNIX,
and Linux platforms

•                    Must have an Oracle database certification
