Must have strong in-person Skills & Communication skills. *Required:* - 10+ years of industrial experience in predictive modeling and analysis, predictive software development - Strong in Data Visualization Tools - Data Stage, Informatica, Tableau or Qlikview /ETL & reporting tools - Data Management Experience - Strong Metadata and Data Controls Experience - Strong analytical skills, Problem solving ability, communication and data presentation skills - Excellent SQL skills (SQL and Transact SQL) - Heavy hands-on experience on Oracle, Teradata and SQL Server - Ability to work in a fast paced environment to drive Quality goals while meeting aggressive delivery deadlines - Self-Starter/ Proactive - Strong verbal and written communication ability - Collaborative and takes ownership to ensure the quality of the product - Expert experience designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models / algorithms. *Job Role:* - Solid understanding of big data concepts with hands-on experience - Knowledge and experience in data mining, machine learning and predictive modeling - Proficient in SQL and experience in Hadoop, NoSQL - Strong math and statistical background - Ability to adapt and focus on rapidly changing technologies and business needs - Creative problem solver, resourceful in getting things done, and able to independently create while working collaboratively on a team - Demonstrable business acumen - Ability to present analytical results both orally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences - Development of Machine Learning/Statistical Models and Algorithms - Working with business units to translate business problems to actionable tools, insights and models - Build automated analytical reporting in response to needs from stakeholders across the businesses - Ownership of the various components of Data Science Life cycle *Responsibilities* - Use machine learning, data mining and statistical techniques to create new, scalable solutions for business problems - Analyze and extract relevant information from business data to help automate and optimize key processes - Design, develop and evaluate highly innovative models for predictive learning - Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation.
