Job Description:
1. Database developer for small and medium scale databases
2. Experience is Table Design, relationships between them and created
databases
3. Written Sql stored procedures and functions
4. Good exposure of ETL tools and SSIS in import / export data from
Sql Server
5. Capable of handling all SQL Server Support, Networking tasks
individually and Independently.
6. Worked on importing/ exporting data from flat files to Sql Server
using SSIS & ETL tools
7. Building up new servers installing Team foundation Server, Sql
server and all other required software and performing Quality check and
placing them in production
8. Maintain, support, and expand large Sql databases with critical
reliability and maximum uptime.
9. Possess working knowledge in data migration and Sql upgradations
10. Performed table design and entity relationships between tables using
Erwin tool
11. Worked on different types of import / export such as bcp, DTS , SSIS,
SSRS
12. Prepared SSRS reports for daily monitoring of data flow which shows
how many files have passed during migration, how many files failed.
13. Compressed backups to reduce disk space
14. Good knowledge of ETL Tools
15. Good Knowledge of Developing Web application using Asp, C#, SQL
16. Troubleshooting Sql Performance issues

- 8+ years of SQL Server related experience
- Strong programming skills on the DB side i.e. stored procedures
- Very good analytical skills: needs to be able to analyze financial and
HR data independently and come up with technical solution on the DB side
- Very good communication skills
- Should be confidently able to manage communication with customer
- Proficient in SQL Server database, with following specific areas of
expertise
- Common Type Expressions
- Triggers
- Views
- Merge statements
- Encryptions
- Multi-dimensional database
- ·
- Should be aware of data warehousing concepts.
- Any experience on Data Warehousing will help
- Should have an understanding of SSIS.
- Any experience on this area will help.
