- Insight Reporting software for JDE EnterpriseOne/World - 2+ years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skill
- Ability to create system documentation and provide user training and
support
Job Description:
The General Ledger System Administrator is responsible for the setup and
maintenance of the JD Edwards general ledger accounts, reporting
structures, related tables and standard reports. The administrator also
maintains automatic accounting instruction tables and system allocation
files, and works with administrators of other ERP modules to ensure
accurate information is passed to the general ledger in compliance with
accounting policies. Additional responsibilities include reviewing security
to accounts and processes. The administrator documents general ledger
system setup and usage, prepares training materials, provides user training
and is the primary contact for general ledger users. The administrator
works with accounting personnel and system programmers to address
accounting and reporting requirements. The administrator also works closely
with other system administrators to coordinate changes in related reporting
and analytical systems.
