*Job Title:* UX Designer

*Typical Duties:*

   - Ensure user interface designs are highly usable and enhance customer
   satisfaction.
   - Create user experiences for websites, web applications, and mobile
   devices that are easy to use, easy to learn, accessible and highly
   satisfying.
   - Lead cross-functional development teams regarding all aspects of user
   experience design.
   - Convert high-level business goals into actionable product requirements
   that take into account user needs and goals.
   - Provide user experience expertise within the Digital channel across
   multiple ongoing projects and responsibilities.
   - Apply user experience standards, industry guidelines, interaction
   design principles and best practices across product families to ensure an
   efficient, effective, and consistent user experience.
   - Create navigational maps, information architecture, and user workflows
   in order to design and document website structure and screen-to-screen
   navigation.
   - Create mockups and wireframes to illustrate page-level layouts of
   website design as part of an interactive and iterative development process.
   - Generate simulations and high- and low-fidelity prototypes for user
   testing, market research, and business stakeholder reviews.
   - Suggest, plan and conduct appropriate user research to assess user
   needs and identify issues via a variety of techniques including usability
   testing, online surveys, interviews, contextual inquiry, focus groups,
   paper prototyping and card sorting.
   - Analyze research data, recommend modifications and present findings to
   a variety of audiences.
   - Assist the User Experience Manager with tasks that support the overall
   effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
   - Provide mentoring and guidance for Usability Analysts.

*Requirements:*

   - Education:
      - Master’s degree in Human Factors, Human-computer Interaction,
      Cognitive Psychology or related field. Or equivalent education
and related
      training.
   - Experience:
      - Typically has 5 years of online usability experience and 7+ years
      of overall experience.
   - Breadth:
      - Solid experience in creating great online and mobile experiences.
      - Strong skills in collecting, analyzing and interpreting
      quantitative and qualitative data.
      - Ability to utilize Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word,
      Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
      - Ability to use Axure RP for creating simulations.
