* Job Description*
· The engineer will be responsible for the installation, problem
diagnosis, repair and maintenance and monitoring of a full range of Client
server technology and applications.
· The engineer will provide 2/3 level support in a team environment
to assist in the design and architecture of the client server environment.
*Required experience:*
- Extensive knowledge/Prior experience of Windows-based operating
systems, Active Directory or LDAP technologies
- MES, MS SQL Server, or IIS (Internet Information Server)
- General knowledge of data network fundamentals including TCP/IP
routing protocols, WINS/DNS. DHCP and general cabling technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication with end users and business
partners
- Strong customer service skills
*Desired Skills & Experience*
- MCSE, MCDA or MCP
