Identify opportunities for re-use and improvements 8. Review project deliverables for compliance and project standards 9. Provide technical leadership to meet project timelines and scope. 10. Ability to document and communicate effectively on status of progress against plans 11. Ability to clarify and resolve system maintenance activities, issues and risks 12. Ability to review technical documentation for compliance and standards Required Qualification: 1. Computer Science degree or relevant experience 2. 5+ year of industry experience *3. **Extensive hands on experience with C#, SQL Server, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Team Foundation, Windows Server administration and configuration, Virtual Machines, JavaScript, XSLT, XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX and Deployment Tools* 4.
