PMP preferred Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10- S team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA personnel Ability to draw pertinent requirements information to work with team to compile level of effort for sprints/release estimates Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues ENVIRONMENT Experience working with offshore teams for testing / development. Matrix organization with teams consisting of internal and external resources.
