Customer intake and data gathering from customer
· Good Communication skills with emphasis on customer support
abilities.
· Initial level technical triage and diagnosis
· Incident tracking, management and follow-up
· Coordination of cross team issues (HR to IAM/UAM to AD to
application)
· Customer facing reporting (in person where possible)
