*Duration Long Term* (Looking Only for local resources onsite interview is must) *Description: * The Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying business intelligence solutions, including multi-dimensional database models (logical and physical), data marts, data warehouses, data transforms, data analytics, and reporting solutions, according to business requirements. Manages full business intelligence development life cycle including testing, implementation, and auditing. Perform product design, bug verification, and support. *Major Responsibilities* 60% •Design and develop business intelligence solutions using Pioneer’s enterprise BI stack. 15% •Conduct unit testing to ensure that business intelligence solutions meet business requirements and fulfills end-user requirements in accordance with technical design documents. 10% •Maintain, enhance, and bug/fix developed business intelligence solutions. 10% •Collaborate with analysts, architects, designers, and business intelligence solution owners in the testing of newly-developed business intelligence solutions. 5% •Analyze issues and develop enhancements and/or fixes to existing business intelligence solutions as part of Change Control assignments. Must partner closely with Application Integration Developers, Solutions Architects, and the Pioneer Data Management Office (DMO). Must engage effectively with internal and external customers. *Minimum Qualifications * •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or related field is preferred, but will consider applicable work experience as it translates to an equivalent degree. •Must have minimum 3 years of experience developing and delivering business intelligence solutions of moderate complexity and size. •Must have minimum 3 years of experience developing business intelligence solutions with Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS), Power Bi, and Power Pivot, Cognos, Business Objects, or like BI Tool Suites. •Must have minimum 3 years of experience with Relational Databases, SQL, Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and Extract Transform and Load (ETL) methodologies and tools. •Demonstrated proficiency with Multi-Dimensional Modeling and Analytics/OLAP Cube development. •Demonstrated proficiency in Report Writing (i.e. Dashboard Reports, Self-Serve BI Analytics, and other business reporting needs). •Adequate knowledge of Big Data, In-Memory, and Data Virtualization methodologies and tools. •Adequate knowledge of relational database systems like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. •Must have experience with multiple development methodologies/processes (Waterfall, Agile, etc.). •Must have working knowledge of Configuration Management and Source Control concepts and tools (Git, TFS, or SVN). •Must be able to perform in a collaborative manner by coordinating changes while maintaining a positive relationship with team members, external consultants and vendors, business partners, interfacing application system contacts and numerous technology services groups. •Demonstrated problem-solving skills required. *Regards,* *Vara* *IntelliSoft Technologies, Inc* *1320 Greenway Drive STE 460* *Irving, TX 75038* *Ph.
