*Position : **Business Analyst with Mortgage Exp. Who can Test the requirement as well * *Location : **Weehawken, NJ* *Duration : 6+ Months * *Interview : **Phone then Face to Face * * Minimum Requirements:* • Actual Mortgage background, not just someone who writes test scripts, that would be more of a QA type person. • They will be working on mortgage platform, will need to know the mortgage 101 to help team with the requirements • Financial Services background- MUST HAVE *Must Requirement* • Mortgage background/ experience • Financial Services background • Ability to write requirements- interact with business users, • EX: know general idea of what under writing is • Test those requirements • 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry; Project management experience is a plus • A clear understanding of SDLC models • Experience with business analysis frameworks and tools (i.e. UML, RUP, HP ALM, etc.) • An undergraduate degree • Experience with third party Mortgage Origination and Servicing provider(s) and integration with Financial services firms *Nice to Have* Ellie Mae Encompass Experience - PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE A CANDIDATE WITH THIS You are: • An excellent communicator (oral and written) and possess strong organizational skills • Detail-oriented and careful about quality of work • Able to evaluate technology capability to execute key deliverables • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) • Able to deliver quality results against fast-paced project deliverable deadlines *Job Responsibilities* • Understand the Mortgage origination and funding process lifecycle • Interact with multiple stakeholders including Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Technology teams using excellent verbal and written communication skills • Conduct effective facilitation sessions with multiple stakeholders • Clearly articulate and isolate in-scope and out of scope elements • Reconcile high level information received from multiple sources, identify any missing gaps and create detailed business requirements that meet the business need within the scope of the initiative • Meet and transform client needs into well-defined business requirements that our technical team can fully understand and leverage to create functional design requirements • Understand complex topics and translate them into diagrams (context, workflow, activity, etc.) and documentation using standard tools (i.e. Word, Visio, Excel, etc.) • Participate in testing strategy, execution, calendar, scripts, traceability matrix, defect reviews and reporting defects • Conduct end-to-end testing on applications and technology, to ensure that business, technical and functional requirements are being met throughout the SDLC, including the development of test cases, test scripts and UAT protocols for use by non-IT supplemental subject matter experts • Document and manage change control processes and clearly articulate functional and non-functional requirements • Ensure delivery of production ready code to UAT testers • Participate in creation and execution of check out steps in the production launch run book to verify functionality is properly released into production • Participate in all necessary phases of the product development lifecycle; track/manage issues and project plan through the lifecycle of the project • Effectively capture and prepare content for decks to communicate business, operations and technology issues for appropriate audience – usually Project Team and Steering Committee • Challenge and drive the business team to decisions on requirements related to initiatives *Regards , * *Kailash Negi* *VSG Business Solutions* *221 Cornwell Dr Bear, DE 19701* *Email ID : [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Phone: 302-261-3207 x 102* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
