*Lead Business Analyst*
*Location - Ada, MI Rate - $50/hr Duration - 6+ Months Interview - Skype/Phone* Job Description Lead project work that delivers analytics capabilities to internal account managers and other staff focused (and some dashboards directly ABO-facing) on improving the ABO experience and helping sales team deliver new insights and results from ABO consultations Manage and prioritize backlog of work for delivery team of dashboard developers Work with IT partners to clarify and define business needs for successful translation into IT solutions that deliver and enhance the ABO Experience. Oversee program challenges and deliver solutions in support of program goals Work closely with global team to ensure analytics requirements are met Deliver monthly release demos on the new features developed by the team Motivate the team, keep team on schedule for delivery, remove roadblocks, escalate issues Proactively identify improvement areas and get these in the product backlog Work with training team to ensure that analytics capabilities are understood and trained in appropriate level of detail Coordinate with internal teams to identify dependencies in advance, ensuring that other projects are prioritized appropriately to keep analytics backlog deep and ready Facilitate/coordinate monthly production release process and supporting testing process Skillsets required: Strong experience and ability to take a business need and identify the technological support that is required Experience leading delivery teams in agile development methodology Experience gathering and documenting clear business requirements Experience working with global team Clear communicator both verbally and written Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and work effectively through all levels of the organization Experience acting as a business lead for technology implementations Experience implementing a global program Experience with multiple analytics visualization technologies is desired, primarily Tableau and Power BI Experience working with large, complex data warehouse is desired *Thanks and Regards* *Vikas Gupta* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *Phone: 4692098270* *[image: srimatrix-logo]* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
