Assist the Privilege Account project team in translating the requirements into business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and technical specifications. Support awareness and communication activities and adoption of PAM operating models across IT teams. Assist in detailed PAM IAM metrics implementation and collection and generates reports for intended audiences. Document current PAM Processes and conduct impact analysis from the 'As is' to 'To be' processes. Develop end user documentation and training materials. Perform account discovery and documentation.
