At least 8+ years of SharePoint experience as Lead/Architect
Must have good communication skills
Must have some experience of working with offshore team
Should be able to interact with business stakeholders
Media domain experience would be great
*Technical Expertise needed in following areas:*
>In depth knowledge of Document Management Features of SharePoint
>Retention Policies, E-Discovery, Record Management Legal compliances
>SharePoint 2013 Search Capabilities
>Experience of writing PowerShell scripts for SharePoint
>Customizations on top of SharePoint using Client Side Rendering, CSOM,
REST API, Event Receivers, Workflows, Timer Jobs
>SharePoint service application architecture understanding (E.g. User
Profile, Search, Managed Metadata), Cross farm service application
