Job Responsibilities
• Client is converting from PeopleSoft HRMS with
Payroll (NA/International) and HCM to Workday HRMS/Payroll.
• Functional experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital
Management Modules: Core HR, Benefits, Benefits Administration, and
Payroll (NA/International)
• Experience with PeopleSoft configuration,
enhancement, and support
• Run and validate year end processing as tasks are
assigned
• Assist with production work that requires PeopleSoft
HRMS/Payroll functional/technical analysis and skills, including and not
limited to validation of data loaded to the data warehouse
Job Requirement
• Experience working on HRIS implementation projects,
including involvement in various phases of implementation (i.e. planning,
design, configuration/development, testing, training, deployment, support)
• Experience converting data from PeopleSoft HCM (9.1)
to Workday HRMS with specific experience working with Base HCM and Payroll
modules.
• Extensive configuration knowledge and overall
PeopleSoft HCM module knowledge
• Must have Implementation experience
• Ability to perform gap analysis and excellent end to
end process fitment
