in Appleton, WI. This is a 12 to 18 month contract opportunity.*

*SUMMARY*
· Customer Experience Designer assisting in building user stories
that keep the end customer experience in mind, knowing the Service Cloud
users will be using the tool 8 hours per day. (one full time or part-time
position consideration).
- Some preliminary work has already been completed on the Service Cloud
design, including but not limited to: current state process mapping, design
workshop capabilities, high-level user stories created, Service Cloud
roadmap, wireframe drafts of screen shots, sales/service wire frame
validation sessions and future state serve customer process definitions to
name a few of our key deliverables to date.
- Two big integrations in this work include CTI with Avaya phone system
and AWD (Automated Workflow Distributor).
*REQUIRED SKILLS*
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in current role and specific to
previous Salesforce deployment engagements.
- Agile/Scrum experience
