*Job Description ;*
*Skills Required:*
· Must have minimum 6 yrs. of IT experience in experience system
analysis, design and development
· Must have minimum 4 yrs. Of Hyperion/Oracle DRM experience
· Must have deep understanding of key DRM functionalities, data
flow, etc
· Must have experience in capturing business requirements and
translate into technical requirements
· Must have experience in design and build phase with respect to
chart of accounts design, metadata.
Hierarchies, design/build, reporting, attribute definition,
data grid design/build, database administration, etc
Extensive knowledge of Oracle, financial systems, financial
cycles and processes
· Strong programming and problem solving skills with PL/SQL
· Desired expertise in Hyperion Planning and Essbase
· Experience with Oracle dB, WebLogic, Apache
· Experience and knowledge of Oracle Exalytics infrastructure
environment is a plus
· Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management certification a plus
· Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve
problems and actively incorporates input from various sources; has
experience working with
others on a global basis.
· Should have ability to work in a fast paced environment with
tight deadlines
· Experience in working in onsite/offshore environment
· Experience in communicating and collaborating across all levels
of an organization
· Self driven, motivated, Pro-active, well organized and a thorough
planner
· Highly skilled at problem-solving & highly developed analytical
skills
