*Job Title :** Sr. Web Developer/lead* *Duration* : 6+ Months *Location* : Minnetonka, MN *Lead Experience is must* *Job Description* Experience: · Six plus (6+) years of web development experience from site concept to launch, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. · Six plus (6+) years experience in web application design, development, and implementation. · Expert understanding of front end architecture using modern web standards and technologies with a passion to learn new technologies. · Expert knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery with MVW JavaScript framework experience (AngularJS preferred). · Ability to translate business needs into creative web-based solutions and to deliver business goals and project objectives with limited supervision. · Strong understanding of all aspects of web development, including strategy, design, usability, and implementation. · Proven track record of leading a team of developers. · Experience building solutions utilizing responsive design. · Experience conducting code reviews. · Experience building and maintaining websites with enterprise WCM/CMS (AEM - Adobe Experience Manager, formerly CQ5, preferred). · Three plus (3+) years of Java experience. · Possesses a high attention to detail, capable of pixel-perfect page construction. · Familiarity with Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning. · Strong knowledge of web usability and interface design principles; advanced knowledge of site navigation and information architecture, browser limitations and solutions for cross platform usability. · Experience with the following is preferred: HTML5, JavaScript Frameworks, AJAX, SASS/CSS, Java, .NET MVC, Test Driven Development, Amazon Web Services, Git. · Knowledge of building ADA compliant websites. · Experience in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator) required. · Online portfolio/website/blog a plus. Additional required competencies/skills/responsibilities: · Ability to take the lead on projects to see them through the development process. · Adhere to and promote agile development methods, including Test Driven Development and setup of automated build environments. · Work closely with designers and user experience analysts on bringing mockups or wireframes through development to final delivery. This includes graphics optimization and the use of HTML, SASS, JavaScript Libraries, and ASP.NET/Java. · Recommend technical approaches that will help to deliver reliable and efficient code. · Work within a fast paced agile development environment. · Provide level 3 support of development after implementation of enterprise applications. · Perform analysis assistance, development (coding), and implementation of custom software to enhance value to the business per designed specifications. · Work with team members on application design · Collaborate with project team members and other information technology colleagues to create systems from defined customer requirements. · Participate in and develop new releases, work with QA in creating test plans, and assists in creating implementation plans. · Troubleshoot and recommend solutions to existing production issues. · Create end-user support plans. · Participates in the ongoing development of technical best practices. · Work with and direct development efforts of consulting staff. · Passionate about web development and new technology with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new technologies.
