*Required Skills*
• Experience with Java and *Object Oriented languages*
• Experience in Unit testing using *Junit* framework and
*JBoss*
• Experience in developing applications using *SOAP* Web
Services, JMS, XML, XSLT, and XPATH and
• Experience with writing high-level and detailed web
service specifications and supporting documentation
• Experience in data Access frameworks like *Hibernate and
Spring DAO, Unit Testing Frameworks like JUNIT, Cactus, Cobetura*
• Experience with MySQL and Oracle database systems
*• **Demonstrate ability to work with system owners,
business owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design,
implement, test, and validate a system*
• Working knowledge of application developments
methodologies such as SDLC and Agile
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• *Has or has the ability to obtain a public trust security
clearance*
*Desired skills:*
• Design and development experience with a BPM software
such as Appian
• Experience with *Appian 7.6 or above, MySql, SOAP-UI*
• Experience with design and development of process
modeling using BPMN standards
• Demonstrated experience in Java/J2ee components such as HTML,
CSS, JSP, Servlets, Struts/Spring, AJAX, JSON, Design Patterns and
JavaScript
• *Demonstrate ability to write *Ant builds and deployment
scripts to package and deploy on JBoss application servers
• Knowledge in Oracle Application development framework
*• **Design and develop new code to support Production
operations & maintenance and enhancements*
*• **Develop conceptual and technical design including use
of OOA and OOD techniques*
*• **Conduct multiple levels of testing including unit,
system, integration and performance*

· BA or BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, Information
Technology or a related field
