All-inclusive* Please have the following outlined in the candidate overview: • IT Business Analysis (What type of companies/clients, size, etc.) • Experience with infrastructure environments such as operating system, hardware, data center, security, network, voice, end user and server / web related applications. • Experience with business IT applications such as supply chain, CRM, HR, Finance. Summary Identifies researches, analyzes and writes business requirements to insure client needs are met. This includes working closely with clients and internal departments to clearly understand and address business problems and issues. Responsible for delivery of project to the client and/or internal organizations. This includes completion of process generation, user documentation, and blended learning plans. Insures business and system development methodologies are followed and continuously improved. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artifacts as needed. Translates high-level, complex business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and manages changes to such requirements. Gathers information about the organization’s work processes and information flows. Performs additional job duties as required Duties: · Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of business requirements, configuration of 3rd party software implementation of infrastructure solutions, creation of documentation, testing and maintenance of applications, and support and maintenance of infrastructure and information systems. · Participates in architecture reviews to ensure that solutions comply with standards and uses approved technologies. · Typical customers are internal client end users and various functional areas such as Supply Chain, Research and Development, Marketing, Finance, a business, or the company · Researches, designs, develops operates and maintains support services for existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements per standard IT process methodology (such as ITIL and ITSM). · Includes identification, development, and prioritization of support services per business criticality. · Applications and information systems solutions include both 3rd party software and internally developed applications and infrastructure. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience · Strong experience with infrastructure environments (e.g. operating system, hardware, data center, security, network, voice, end user and server / web related applications). · Strong experience with business IT applications (e.g. supply chain, CRM, HR, Finance.) · Strong experience with implementation, problem analysis and solutioning of infrastructure and business application environments. Foundational or expert knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Web technologies.
