Collaborates with 6-7 other team members to complete projects within scope, within budget, and on time. Follows policy and guidance from EFTPS leadership and team technical leads. Maintains project and application documentation. Candidate Requirements • Must have a minimum of two years of experience as an IBM 3270 mainframe COBOL developer / application analyst. • Must be experienced with CICS, JCL, and DB2 database development. • Ability to work in a team environment is a must. • Must be able to engage within the team and attend development meetings with team leads and other project teams. Preferred Qualifications • Prefer 4+ years of COBOL development experience. • Experience with IBM Rational Developer for z Systems (IBM RDz) Integrated Development Environment is highly desired. • Desire familiarity with web services and APIs in the mainframe environment. • Electronic Federal Tax Payment Service (EFTPS) experience is a plus.
