We are seeking a Contact Center Business Analyst for a client in Phoenix,
AZ. This is an onsite contract position for 8 months. The contact center
business analyst will be responsible for working with customers to define
business requirements related to a migration from an Avaya to Cisco contact
center.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
· Review existing Avaya call flows
· Work with business owners to facilitate a migration to Cisco UCCE
using pre-defined standards
· Identify exceptions and work with governance teams to facilitate
approval of those exceptions
· Document call flows, call types, and skill groups in Excel
· Present final call flows to business owners
*QUALIFICATIONS: * Qualified candidates will have 1 to 2 years of contact
center business analysis or operations experience. Qualified applicants
need to have experience in either Avaya or Cisco contact center solutions
with a preference for experience in both solutions. Candidates need to
have a solid understanding of common contact center call flow and reporting
concepts, but will not need to configure either system.
