Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

*Position Requirements:*
- The candidate must have proven experience creating, maintaining and
executing automated test scripts at the code level using Java. By applying
this Java experience, the scope of the position is to work with
Selenium/Apium for web and mobile applications within an established
automation framework.
- Exposure to Rational Team Concert (RTC) and Rational Quality
Management (RQM) is a plus, but not required.
- Back-end database testing experience is important. Solid ability to
create SQL queries and analyze the results.
- Experience testing under various application environments including
web-based, mobile and client/server.
- Ability to review and understand business requirements, functional
specifications and system design documents with the goal of performing a
structured validation.
- Retail experience is preferred, but not critical.
- Experience using defect tracking systems and general knowledge of
defect processing and control.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a QA/Project team, as
required by the project. Able to effectively and cooperatively interface
with all levels of management and staff.
*Experience:*
- 7+ years hands-on software quality assurance with a minimum 3 years of
Selenium test automation experience
*Education:*
- BA - Computer Science or equivalent degree with related work exposure
*Communications:*
- Strong oral and written communication skills
