We are in need of a mid-level (3 + years) Business Analyst with experience in
the Healthcare arena.
Experience with Physician onboarding process is a big plus. Candidates
should have at least three years of Healthcare experience.
o Ability to verify integrity of all application changes
o Challenge traditional thinking and suggest innovative and new solutions
o Demonstrate leadership ability and act as a role model through actions
and demeanor
o Demonstrate a solid understanding of work initiatives and require
little guidance
Requirements:
o Experience with System Development Lifecycle methodologies (SDLC)
o Familiarity with multiple software development disciplines
o Experience documenting detailed requirements, design documents, and
workflows
o 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Outlook
Education:
o Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and 3 or
more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
of education and experience
o Knowledge of the Healthcare physician onboarding process
