looking for 2 Senior level Business Systems Analysts to join their growing
team.
The BSA will work in an Agile environment, to help our client integrate
external data into their existing environment. Data will consist of
healthcare/claims/enrollment information for healthcare plans.
The idea candidates will be proficient in SQL, so they can do data analysis
and understand the current data model. They will work with ETL Engineers
(abroad) to review mappings (understanding data structures/operation rules
used to create mappings.)
On a daily basis, they will be in contact with internal business users who
will identify areas of need (i.e. need new feed for new client or new
attribute to existing feed.) They will document requirements and translate
high level requirements to technical specs.) They will also work with
external vendors who will provide data files and will document how that
data will integrate. Essentially, they will provide what comes in to the
developers and document how to map it.
*They will work with multiple customers in a functional area (claims,
enrollment, etc.)*

healthcare/claims/enrollment data experience (or any combo thereof).*
