Role and Responsibilities
The DDI Project Coordinator will support Agile Product Owners and Scrum
Masters for one or two Concept Teams by:
• Maintaining familiarity with the Product Management’s 90-day
Product Roadmap
• Ensuring Concept, Development and Validation team commitments
and burndown are accurately updated in VersionOne after Sprint Planning
• Liaising with PMO to ensure program milestones and team
commitments are aligned
• Monitoring, on a daily basis, the teams’ current status of
epics, stories and tasks in VersionOne and notify the Scrum Master when
velocity deviates from the committed burndown rate
• Monitoring, on a daily basis, action items, impediments,
risks and issues in *VersionOne *and SharePoint to ensure they are being
addressed within acceptable timeframes and notify the Scrum Master of
upcoming due dates
• Assisting with Concept session preparation and improvements
by managing the QA Checklist (monitoring and tracking metrics)
• Assisting the Scrum Master with intra-team communication and
coordination for internal, external, software and non-software dependencies
to minimize and/or address impediments on a timely basis
• functional and non-functional dependencies to minimize and/or
address impediments on a timely basis
• Preparing status and metrics of project activities as defined
by PMO / DDI reporting requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Undergraduate degree and relevant work experience
Preferred Skills
• Innovative thinking, enthusiastic, detail oriented, ability
to work with diverse set of colleagues successfully and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodology, requirements allocation and Project
Management methodologies required. Preferred knowledge of *MITA*.
**NOTE:- If they do not have versionone try with Jira or Rally, might be
acceptable.
