- Good communication skill (confident and clearly speaking)
- 3-5 years of general application support experience is required with
good trouble-shooting and problem resolving skill.
- At least 1-3 years' experience in service console, email-to-case, CTI,
social media, omni and live chat (Live Agent)
- At least 3-5 years SalesForce admin supporting experience.
- Experience must include general admin function such as data loader,
user creation/update, layout change, permission management, SalesForce
standard and custom objects, security model, function restriction and
limits.
- 3-5 years of Apex and visual force page development experience
- Experience includes but is not limited to creating fields and
formulas, page layouts, workflow, customizing objects and associating them
to apps.
- User role / permissioning / profiles for security.
- SalesForce Admin Certification is required
- Self-motivated and good learner.
- Good work ethic and office ethic
