The Transforming Clinical Practices Initiative project provides funding from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to regional organizations that help provide technical assistance support to healthcare clinicians to improve quality of care, increase patients’ access to information, and spend healthcare dollars more wisely. *Specific goals for the contract resulting from this RFQ include:* Development of and maintenance of a Dynamics 365 solution used by Quality Improvement Advisors to track their quality improvement tasks and interactions with clinical practices.
