*Job Description*
- The Technical Architect (TA) designs the key technical components of
the solution and helps direct the technical resources to develop and
deliver the project deliverables.
- The TA uncovers design issues early in the project lifecycle, shares
implementation best practices, and recommends solution alternatives.
- The TA conducts design/code reviews during major project milestones.
- The Technical Architect must have strong technical background with
in-depth SalesForce expertise Must be proficient in SalesForce object data
model, building custom solutions on the platform, as well as integration of
SalesForce with other applications using multiple integration patterns such
as SOAP/REST web services, APIs, batch processes, connectors, middleware
etc.
- Must be able to architect the solution from a technical perspective
and validate that the proposed technical architecture can be implemented
successfully.
- Must have experience working with middleware applications such as
Mulesoft.
- Must work in conjunction with client technical architects to
articulate the technical solution and help build consensus around the
solution.
- Must possess reasonable technical knowledge of other
applications/technologies to be able to provide vision of the end solution.
- Must be able to guide and provide oversight to technical teams around
the solution as well as review their technical design.
- May also suggest OR be involved in pilot projects where a POC
(proof of concept) is required to verify feasibility of a proposed
technical solution Must design large scale technically complex solutions as
well as provides technical oversight and reviews technical designs for
customization, data migrations and integrations.
- This resource is also expected to participate in daily stand up
meetings as well as all other activities normally expected from a scrum
team.
*Basic Qualifications*
- 10+ years project experience in a hands on technical leadership
- 10+ position
- 5+ years of experience with SalesForce in a development capacity
- Knowledge of SalesForce best practices using apex and visualforce
- Knowledge of SalesForce integration patterns Multiple
SalesForce project deployments including release and environment management
- 5- 8+ years of direct consulting experience Familiarity
with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load
- (ETL) tools Multiple Saleforce certifications preferred
