*Required Qualifications:*
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or Configuration Analysis,
Design, Documentation, Development & testing
- 3+ years of experience translating business requirements into detailed
system specifications
- High degree of technical expertise in Microsoft Office (including
word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), MS Visio
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s Degree
- FACETS configuration in one or more of the following areas: Claims
Processing, Guided Benefit Configuration, Group, Product, Plan, Provider,
Pricing, Subscriber/Member, Utilization Management, Finance, Billing,
Accounting, Customer service, workflow, HIPAA Gateway, security
- 2+ years of experience with TriZetto NetworX & Grouper
- Professional experience as a Systems Analyst integrating FACETS in an
enterprise architecture
- Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
- High level understanding of how system standard operating processes
(SOPs) and policies are created
- Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with Agile
methodology
- 3+ years of experience in all phases of Software Development Life
Cycle (SDLC)
