I envision someone who knows what to do (with limited direction) and willing do dig in and do some work. 3) Over 5 years of testing experience. 4) Experience with commercial software releases and windows client-server architecture. 4) Could be someone who shows great promise, understands testing strategy, and is just making the transition to Team Lead from Senior Tester. This way, the hire would be learning along with _______ and they would bond together as they apply their skills to Apex here at Deere. 5) Other than that, we look for the basic QA Lead – very skilled with Quality Center, has written several test strategies/plans, understands test prioritization, great communicator, and has recently executed manual tests in Quality Center.
