Description
Ensure program and releases meet business requirements and deliver business
case
Define strategy for business process reengineering and implement through
program team
Communicate and drive required business process changes through the program
team
Establish program communication strategy and plan
Establish organizational change management strategy and plan
Establish training strategy, methodology, and plans
Execute program communication plan
Coordinate execution of training and OCM plans utilizing resources from the
program and affected business functions
Coordinate execution of organization change management plan
Business process/cross-functional
Cross functional/data definition
Own geography communication and coordination for status, and implementation
planning
Ensure synchronization between geography teams and global project teams
