Job Description: Has a strong fundamental understanding of industry practices and responsibilities assigned to him/her. Responsible for assisting in development of new solutions, maintaining and developing new features for existing solutions, providing internal and external training and second level support for business systems. Position requires a strong background in all aspects of database technology with emphasis on the use of analytical and reporting tools. In addition, candidate should have excellent understanding of customer needs, strong requirements gathering skills and business strategy. 5 to 7 years experience with writing detailed Use Cases o Thorough knowledge of iterative development methodology o Detailed knowledge of processes surrounding agile development and their role in the requirements process - 3 to 5 years experience in managing large projects - Detailed background in creating and managing project schedules, requirements documents, traceability matrices, test plans, etc. - Experience with Sharepoint Qualification Rating Agile Methodology 3 (Moderately Strong) of 5 (Expert) and 3+ Yrs.
