Ability to assess required levels of effort, set appropriate expectations, make recommendations for optimal process design and support the use of best practices. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Experience in Direct Marketing, Insurance and/or Pharmaceutical Benefit Management Industry preferred.
