Job Title: Microstrategy Testers Location: Mc Lean,VA Duration: 6+ Month Contract Midlevel testers with experience testing MSTR 8.1.1. At least 2 Senior testers with test lead experience. Need experience with HP Quality Center and QTP Sr Test Engineers are needed for the MHAC Program. As a Sr Test Engineer they are responsible for acting as the primary interface between technology infrastructure and a specific business area to develop a UAT Test Approach. Specifically, they develop and execute the UAT test plan, UAT test cases, and UAT test data management plan. Due to the complexity of the program they will be providing resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems and solutions that are innovative, thorough, and practical. skill: Senior (7+ yrs) If your candidates have Freddie/Fannie exp. and any BI testing, that will work. Required: *Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases (including regression test cases) and test data management Provides resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems. Solutions are innovative, thorough, and practical. Responsible for acting as the primary interface between technology infrastructure and a specific business area. Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. Work is evaluated upon completion for adequacy in satisfying objectives. Interacts with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters frequently. Full software development lifecycle experience, including COTS. Ability to manage multiple workstreams at a time. Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout testing. Experience in defect management and tracking. Strong people skills required.
