Must have an Agile and data-related background. This resource may not be a subject matter expert with regard to BCC (SME), but must possess and be able to apply expertise to interview SME’s and technical personnel, and conduct research necessary to produce accurate, comprehensive documents in a dynamic working environment. These deliverables must be accurate, complete, unambiguous, and as concise as possible.
