Role/Responsibilities: *Experience eliciting and managing requirements on one or more large IT projects. Experience in MMIS (or other healthcare claims systems) is a plus. Public sector procurement experience is a plus. Experience in business process management (BPM) systems. Strong understanding of software development life-cycles, how to apply requirements elicitation and management strategies to these life-cycles, and how excellent requirements contribute to successful IT projects. Successful leadership and management experience. Superb written and oral communications skills. Strong proficiency in English is required. This project will have very high visibility and will impact significant expenditures of public funds.* Candidates must be confident with their abilities to make correct decisions and the courage to speak out when they are uncomfortable with the direction the project is taking.
