DW reporting application maintenance and production support. Skills Summary: Onsite Lead responsible for development and support of Data warehousing team/project using OBIEE/Siebel Analytics by performing review, analysis, and modification of application and components by leveraging off-shore; this includes the design, report development, testing, debugging and installation of those systems. Mandatory skills must include the following: . Document Report Specifications and gather report business requirements . Prior experience managing and coordinating onsite/offshore teams . Ability to create detailed specifications based on business user requirements . Excellent communication and ability to interact with end users to understand requirements. . Develop OBIEE reports and Dashboards . Development of the business layer within the OBIEE application . Create and manage OBIEE meta data repository. . Install Upgrade and Configure OBIEE Software. Job Requirements: Knowledge: . Good understanding of OBIEE Architecture. . Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies. . Good understanding of modeling concepts. . Working knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL database management systems. . Familiarity with deployment strategies of distributed and multi-tiered applications. . Knowledge of OBIEE Infrastructure requirements . Knowledge of Entertainment industry business practices a plus. . Knowledge of OBIEE Answers and Delivers is a must. Skills: . Proven ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, concise, and timely manner. . Ability to create process flow diagrams and flowcharts using Visio or similar charting tool. . Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL . Ability to understand and translate simple business needs into technical solutions. Experience: . Minimum 5 years experience developing Data Warehouse applications in a business environment. . Minimum 3 year experience developing applications using OBIEE and End to End Project development. . 3+ experience in using OBIEE Tools (repository, web, dashboards, Delivers) . Strong experience in testing and tuning OBIEE metadata and reports . Prior experience working with offshore development teams . Experience with OBIEE Disconnected Analytics . Strong SQL skills Knowledge of Teradata database platform Experience with other DW reporting solutions . Ability to work with business to translate functional requirements in technical specs Strong communication and documentation . Experience in working on a Teradata or Oracle based Data Warehouse environment. . Home Entertainment industry or consumer products industry experience strongly preferred. . Business Intelligence experience strongly preferred .
