*Role: Exstream Dialogue Developer. Duration: 6 months to 12 months * *Location:Harrisburg, PA. * *Rate: Open * This position will be responsible for Exstream Dialogue development in support of document output for an Agents quoting and policy issuance system. This position will help code, test, debug, and implement new systems and changes to existing systems. 1. Exstream Dialogue development experience required 2. XML and XSL Transformation (XSLT) skills required 3. SQL Programming skills preferred 4. Knowledge of Insurance Property/Casualty Industry preferred 5. Visual Basic and C# skills preferred 6. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in client server technology in a Microsoft environment 7. Understands systems development methodology 8. Effective communication skills, both oral and written 9. Effective inter-personal skills 10. Effective organization skills, with the ability to work independently 11.
