*Location: San Bernardino, CA**Duration: 24+ Months* *Peoplesoft Functional Analyst for Human Resources* *Skills:* Compensation, Position Management, Employee Relations (unions), Workflow, Reports, eApps *Purpose:* Client is seeking qualifications for a PeopleSoft Professional Services Consultant to assist in upgrading its Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management software from version 9.0 to version 9.2. Modules currently in use include Human Resources, Base/Benefit Administration, Payroll North America, Time & Labor, and Self Service Applications. The Client anticipates implementing the new modules ePerformance and Absent management as part of this project. The goal is to complete the upgrade for a go-live on or around June 30 2018. *Role and Experience: PeopleSoft Functional Analyst* *Overview of Work:* · To support the delivery of an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Implementation and upgrade. · To support implementation and maintenance of the current system. Implementations projects may include customization to support county MOU changes. · Conversion of customization to vanilla where possible. *Overview of Experience:* · Local or California resident preferred but not required. · Must have 5 years of recent experience in PeopleSoft HCM with disciplines in two modules. Prefer 7-10 years of PeopleSoft experience. · Must have 5 years of recent experience in start-to-finish (Full lifecycle) implementation of highly configurable, customized PeopleSoft 9.X HCM enterprise software solution. · Must have 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations or upgrade project experience.
