*Required Experience and Technical Skills*:
• Google Web Toolkit (GWT), Hibernate, EJB, JPA , Hibernate , EJB, JBOSS ,
Eclipse and Oracle RDBMS experience
• J2EE/Java
• Oracle databases, PL/SQL
• HTML, CSS and XML
• Healthcare experience, preferred
• Previous Electronic Health Record experience, highly preferred
• Analyze requirements to recommend approaches for designing and building
requirements
• J2EE certications (Good to have)
• Experience SDLC and Agile Methodologies methodologies.
• Prior experience of working in a large scale development projects
• Excellent and matured communication skills required at client side and
interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand domain and provide value additions or improvements.
• Work with business users to understand the issues and business processes
• Interface with Product Managers/Business Users to determine key
requirements
• Design application architecture and data models
• Participate in requirements, design , build , testing and deployment
processes. Follow Agile development models and usage of JIRA
• Address technical issues whenever required.
• Review and test the deliverables before handing to clients.
• Provide technical solutions to the problems/enhancements.
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Client management and coordination with various stakeholder teams in the
project
